Working closely with the client from Design to completion, Dalby have successfully designed, manufactured and installed Three Genesis “Q” Pit Series Spray booth Ovens.  These Booths with down draught air movement and pit extraction, have been installed with LED Lights and Roof mounted Plants to maximise valuable workshop space.

Due to the fast paced needs of the client, the Dalby Advanced Aqua-Dry Flash off system was chosen for all three Spray booth’s.  This design feature can reduce flash off time for water based coatings by as much as 70%, providing real time savings of up to 25 minutes per job, whilst offering a 90% saving in fuel costs.  With 6 blowers fitted to both sides of the booth, the 12 blowers give excellent vehicle coverage to enable the highest quality finish.

With running costs and efficiency being high on the requirements of our client, all booths were installed with a slimline control system, incorporating a new “EcoSave” system with standby mode to minimise running costs.

To support the fast paced needs of the client an extended height Combined paint mixing and gun wash room was installed.  With space at a premium, this extended PMR was installed on a mezzanine floor to maximise the space within this high volume workshop.
